Total Body Aesthetic · Los Angeles
A more refreshed appearance starts with understanding your eyes.
Personalized options for heavy eyelids, hollows, skin laxity and under-eye bags.
An Individualized Approach to Eye Rejuvenation
Heavy-looking eyelids, under-eye volume loss, loose skin and bags can look similar, but they do not always have the same cause. At Total Body Aesthetic in Los Angeles, we begin with a practitioner assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Your consultation explores EMFACE nonsurgical facelift, PDGF or EZGEL PRF, ResurFX fractional nonablative laser and the EMFACE under-eye applicator, according to your anatomy, health history and goals. Not every option is suitable for every person.
Consultation is required. Individual results vary, and no outcome or permanent result is guaranteed. Call (310) 670-1920 or request a consultation below.
Health note: Sudden eyelid drooping or vision changes need prompt medical care, not a cosmetic consultation. Cosmetic treatment does not replace medical assessment.

These are cosmetic concerns for assessment, not a diagnosis. Your provider may recommend another approach or medical evaluation.
01 · Heavy Eyelids
For selected patients with a heavy-looking upper-eye area, EMFACE nonsurgical facelift combines muscle stimulation and radiofrequency (RF). By addressing facial muscle support and skin quality, it may support a more open, refreshed eye appearance.
Heavy eyelids may reflect brow position, excess skin or a medical condition. EMFACE is not a treatment for correcting ptosis and does not replace medical assessment or surgical evaluation when indicated.

02 · Under-Eye Volume Loss
Under-eye hollowness can create shadows and a tired appearance. A practitioner assessment helps distinguish volume loss from pigmentation, swelling and skin laxity before considering PDGF or EZGEL PRF.
PDGF under-eye restoration focuses on the appearance and quality of delicate skin. EZGEL PRF uses a preparation derived from your own blood and may be considered for selected patients seeking under-eye rejuvenation. These are different approaches; your provider explains the appropriate treatment method, limitations and expected progression.
Neither option comes with a guarantee of immediate filler-like volume or complete correction of hollows. Your anatomy, suitability and treatment response guide the plan.
This full-face comparison includes the under-eye area. Individual results vary; your provider will discuss a treatment plan suited to your concerns.

03 · Under-Eye Tightening
ResurFX is a fractional nonablative laser that may be considered for under-eye skin texture, fine lines and mild laxity in selected patients. Your provider assesses the exact treatment area, skin type and medical history to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Treatment near the eyes requires clinically appropriate eye protection and a qualified provider's assessment of safe placement and settings. ResurFX and IPL are different modalities; IPL is not a substitute for the fractional laser approach described here.

04 · Under-Eye Bags
For selected patients concerned about under-eye bags and puffiness, the EMFACE under-eye applicator offers a nonsurgical option. Your practitioner assesses whether the appearance of the bags, surrounding skin and your health history make this approach suitable.
The goal is an improvement in appearance, not permanent fat removal. Bags can have structural or medical causes, and some concerns are better addressed through medical care or a surgical consultation.

Your Treatment Plan
We review your concerns, medical history, skin and eye-area anatomy. Bring details of previous treatments, medications and any eye conditions. Your practitioner explains the options and may recommend medical evaluation rather than cosmetic treatment.
The experience and recovery depend on the treatment selected. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur; laser treatment can involve additional healing and sun-care requirements. Your provider discusses risks, eye protection where needed, aftercare and an individualized schedule before you decide.
Improvements can develop over time. The number of visits, response and maintenance needs vary. Combining treatments is a clinical decision, not an automatic recommendation.
Plan Your ConsultationYour Questions Answered
A consultation is required. Similar-looking concerns can have different causes. Your practitioner assesses the upper and lower eye area, your medical history and your goals before discussing EMFACE, PDGF, EZGEL PRF or ResurFX. Some concerns need medical or surgical evaluation instead.
EMFACE may support a more open, refreshed appearance in selected patients, but it is not a treatment for correcting ptosis. It does not replace a medical assessment. Sudden drooping or vision changes require prompt medical care.
There is no guarantee of immediate filler-like volume. PDGF and EZGEL PRF are different treatment approaches, and neither is appropriate for every hollow or shadow. Your practitioner explains suitability, treatment method, likely progression and limitations during consultation.
No. ResurFX is a fractional nonablative laser; IPL uses intense pulsed light. The under-eye tightening option discussed on this page is ResurFX for selected patients, not IPL. Provider assessment and clinically appropriate eye protection are essential for treatment near the eyes.
We do not promise permanent fat removal. The under-eye applicator is considered for cosmetic improvement in suitable patients. Structural bags or medical causes may need another approach, and your provider will explain those limitations.
Individual results vary. Each comparison shows a particular person's outcome under circumstances that may differ from yours. Your treatment plan determines the schedule and recovery. Laser and injectable-based approaches may have different aftercare and recovery needs from EMFACE. Your practitioner discusses expected sensations, possible side effects, healing and maintenance at consultation; no fixed number of sessions or downtime-free outcome is guaranteed.
